Many sales training systems have not changed much over the last 25 years – but the needs of customers have dramatically changed. With easy access to fact-finding information about features, benefits, pricing and reviews, the role of the salesperson
has also changed to become more of a trusted advisor as people are busier than ever before and take longer to commit. 

We need a new approach. COLD CALL PRO is the new way! We bring humanity back to selling over the phone.

Over the years, we have developed what we call the 2.0 approach to selling excellence that understands the current needs of clients and helps them through the initial part of the sales cycle. 

We use a professional, non-pushy, consultative selling approach. People trained in our systems are able to produce consistent sales appointments and sales results and leave the competition behind. 

We are excited to make the world a better place by bringing our systems to a broader marketplace and to replace pushy and outdated training with helpful and trusted selling techniques.

Margurerite is a 25 year sales professional and entrepreneurial veteran. She founded The Result Source 15-years ago to help businesses generate millions in new business with leading-edge training systems. Marguerite's main focus is on marketing, product and business development.

Melinda comes to The Result Source, with over 20 years of administrative and management expertise. She currently plays a business and training management role in the organization. Her primary responsibility is to run the day-to-day operations of the training programs for the company, as well as assisting the CEO with vision, mission and direction of the company.
